Best-in-class interchangeable rack with multiple patents
High-capacity wood pallets, able to hold 1,800 lbs. total with a shelf capacity up to 400 lbs.
Unique keyhole rivet design, Double Rivet Beam (DRB) locks components together, enabling them to ride securely on standard 48” x 40” pallets without fasteners
Adjustable shelves at 1.5 inch increments
Delivered directly to the nursery customer
- 3 level racks: 350 per truckload
- 4 level racks: 300 per truckload
Merchandising and seasonal racks available
High-quality frame is better than rolling carts or other racks, allowing support for larger, heavier plants

How Our Rental Program Works

1 Racks Are delivered: We deliver palletized, disassembled racks to your nursery locations. Prior to shipping, we spend time understanding your business, planning with you, and always end the season with a review to ensure we met your needs.

2 You assemble and ship: Nurseries assemble racks and ship products to retailers and independent garden centers, generally within 21 days.

3 You inform us of the shipment: Nurseries inform us of rack shipments via our propriety rack tracking system. This web-based tracking system allows for real-time reporting for all rack movements and all inventory levels. After that, your job is done!

4 Retailers prepare racks for recovery: Retailers move empty racks to a central location for our recovery.

5 We confirm and dispatch agents: Our call center confirms the number of empty racks and dispatches rental rack recovery agents. We operate in conjunction with live store calls to dispatch hundreds of trucks per day to retail and independent garden center locations.

6 We recover and repackage: Leveraging our national network of over 40 strategically positioned recovery facilities, we disassemble the racks and return them to our locations for repackaging. We sort rack components, repair broken parts, and repalletize racks for delivery within 48 hours.

7 Racks are delivered back to customers: Racks are packaged and ready to be shipped to the next customer. Customers order racks based on current inventory levels and forecasted needs.
