Parts: Wooden pallet, shelf supports (single and double rivet
beams), upright posts (corner pieces with holes), wooden
shelves
Tools needed: Rubber mallet (hammer)
Step 1: Place shelf supports around edge of pallet with rivets facing outward
Step2: Place upright post (with holes) at the corner of pallet with bottom of post at ground level
Step 3: Line up rivets of shelf support with 4th and 5th holes (bottom) of upright post and hit upright at top with the mallet to secure rivets in holes (rivets in the upward holes of the corner posts); for shorter pallets, use the 3rd and 4th hole of the corner posts
Step4: Do other three corners the same way so you have four upright corner posts
Step 5: Place shelf supports at desired heights (make sure all are level), four supports will form the shelf. Place wood shelf on the lip before starting the next shelf
Very Important: Make sure all shelf supports are locked into place by hitting down on them with a rubber mallet.
