Take up minimal amount of space for
storage and shipping. We can ship as many as 500 racks on one truck (wood
shelves and pallet not included). Hundreds of racks can be stored in as
little as 100 sq. ft.
The racks can be assembled easily
with only a mallet. There are no bolts, nails, staples, or wires. A simple
jig allows racks to be assembled in just a few minutes.
Shelves are fully adjustable to every
1 1/2" to allow maximum number of shelves on each rack.
Racks can be made of lighter material
in order to maximize savings.

load and unload times.
Rack sizes and number of shelves help
to minimize every truckload , saving the grower on freight.
Heavy-duty wheelbases available for
some common sizes (pallets fit on the
wheelbase).
Recycles:
Racks can be knocked down in five
minutes for easy storage and returns. No nails or bolts. Just a mallet is
needed
Tip: A slight twisting pressure on
each shelf beam helps it pop out of the corner slot when hit at the
bottom.
If any pieces get bent or damaged, it
is easy and inexpensive to
replace.
